 沙棘原汁  陕西龙县产,可溶性固形物9.5%,总酸度5.3%Vc850.3mg/100g,果胶质1.7%,单宁8.0%

果胶酶,蔗糖,糖精钠,甜菊苷,甜蜜素,葡萄糖,柠檬酸,酒石酸,苹果酸,乳酸,磷酸均为市售,食用级。

1.2工艺流程

蔗糖→溶解→过滤→过滤→沙棘提取→澄清→浸提液→ 过滤→  配料

过滤→罐装→封罐→杀菌→冷却→贴标→成品

表2方差分析看出,A(浸提液)、B(蔗糖)两因素各水平之间差异显著,即不同量的浸提液和不同量的蔗糖对饮料口感影响很大。表1看出,配方6得分,它糖酸比协调,苦度适中,色泽鲜艳,具有沙棘浓郁的甜酸味,口感老少皆宜。从极差分析看,配方的理想组合为A2B2C2D4E3,与配方6基本一致。分析得出配方为:
浸提液45%,沙棘原汁4%,柠檬酸0.1%,甜菊苷0.02%,蔗糖6%,水44.88%。
