　　Exemptions from regulation 5

　　6.—(1)  Regulation 5 shall not apply to —

　　(a)

　　food weighed, counted or measured in the presence of the purchaser; and

　　(b)

　　food which is loosely packed in the retailer’s premises.

　　(2)  Regulation 5, except paragraph (4)(c), (d) and (e) shall not apply to bread which is loosely packed in the retailer’s premises.

　　(3)  Regulation 5(4)(b) shall not apply to intoxicating liquor.
